Shipping & Returns
We currently ship to addresses in Hong Kong only. International shipping is coming soon. Please stay tuned!
Standard shipping is HKD $100. However, we offer free shipping on qualifying orders based on the total order amount. Minimum order amount to qualify for free shipping varies by destination shipping address:
- Hong Kong Island: HKD $500
- Kowloon: HKD $800
- New Territories: HKD $1,000
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order ships with.
How long do shipments take to deliver?
Orders are shipped via SF Express and will take around 3-5 business days for delivery.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unopened products that are successfully returned within 30 days of the original purchase are eligible for a full refund returned to the customer's credit card. Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened.
Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs for all returns. In order to receive a refund, returned products must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please be aware that this includes shipping time. Any returns received after the 30 day period will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued.
How do I place a return?
Please reach out to info@redwoodhealth.com.hk and notify us of your original order number, the products you'd like to return, and the tracking number of your return shipment. All return shipments can be sent to our store in Wan Chai. Please find the address here.
